Avril announces the appointment of Agnès de Saint Céran as Chief Human Resources, Transformation & Engagement Officer. In this role, she will play a strategic part in the Group’s transformation and the acceleration of its development both in France and internationally. Reporting to Jean-Philippe Puig, CEO, Agnès is a member of the Executive Committee.
With her extensive experience in major groups in France and abroad, Agnès de Saint Céran’s mission is to support Avril’s 8,500 employees through new growth phases and integrate new team members, while developing the potential of each individual and attracting talents.
As part of the “Ambition 2030” plan, Agnès also sponsors the integration of Generative AI as a strategic lever to enhance the performance and creativity of all Group employees.
Agnès will continue to implement the commitments related to the Group’s purpose, strengthening the collective of Avril’s women and men for Serving the Earth.
Her appointment is effective from October 15th, 2024. She succeeds Marie de La Roche Kerandraon, who will take on new responsibilities outside the company from October 25th, 2024.
Aged 51, Agnès (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, Université de Paris Dauphine, Ecole Normale Supérieure, Cachan) was previously HR Director of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee, responsible for employees and volunteers. Supporting teams in growing organizations in international contexts has been a consistent theme in her career, with experience at Schlumberger, the Bel Group, Plastic Omnium, and Sephora.
